At EfficientPim, we strive to provide high-quality B2B lead generation and data management services. Because our services involve the delivery of digital data and non-tangible irrevocable goods, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns.
Due to the nature of digital data, all sales of lead lists and data extraction credits are final. Once data has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via webhook to your dashboard, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the service has been executed.
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual term.
While we do not offer cash refunds, we value data accuracy. If you encounter a significant bounce rate (exceeding 25%) on verified leads within 48 hours of delivery, please contact our support team. At our discretion, we may issue service credits to replace invalid data points after verification by our technical team.
In the event that our server or website becomes inaccessible, or if you experience significant downtime that prevents the delivery of your purchased service, we will work to resolve the issue immediately. If the server or website remains inaccessible for more than 3 business days, a full or partial refund may be considered.
